The answer to both questions above can be true for all or maybe even one of all, because the assessment of both depending on what standards are used. As a human being, then we must gracefully mengakaui with the limitations we have, we can not fly free as a bird (that we can do perhaps is in free fall, ^_^), can not live in water like fish (do not say can if we are using the O2 tube, it's just temporary), and others. therefore let's face it if we are weak and limited to just the potential that was already given by the Creator to us and no more than that.
